well, poop!

This Ganglion cyst that I have on my dominant hand/wrist is really throwing me for a loop! I am in constant pain and have very limited mobility and use of my hand. I see a doc on Monday and I am hoping that he can just drain (aspirate) it and give me a shot of cortizone to fix me up for a few months. I do not want surgery until the summer due to insurance/financial reasons. This is seriously limiting my "crafting" which in turn "seriously affects my mood!" Please send prayers, good thoughts and vibes my way. Thanks!

Well, poop is right!

My brother-in-law had a cyst on his wrist and my sister on her ankle. Ack!

Hope the doc will fix you up, so you don't have pain.

You must craft!

Sending prayers.

Ohhh, I know how they can hurt. Mine has been aching more lately because I have been crocheting. It always hurts more with crochet, though it came about while I was knitting, originally. It is on the under side of my dominate wrist/hand, which I guess is a less common location...of course, that's me, I never do anything like everyone else...=-) I'm sending hugs and thoughts to make you more comfy...

Those dang cysts come and go....I had one on my left wrist a few years ago. One day, it just disappeared. Back in the olden days, they used to slam a bible on them. Not recommending that, but it's an old-fashioned cure. Hang in there.
